When you connect a device to our platform, we collect:

  • Operating system version
  • Application version
  • IP address (for connectivity and diagnostics)
  • Device online/offline status and last seen timestamp

2.3 Media Content

We store media files (images, videos, documents) that you upload to display on your signage devices. This content is stored securely and is only accessible to authorised users within your organisation (tenant).

We automatically collect certain information when you use our platform:

  • Log data (access times, pages viewed, referring URLs)
  • Device playback status and synchronisation data
  • Platform interaction metrics

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with:

  • Payment processors – Stripe processes payment information securely. We do not store your full card details.
  • Hosting providers – Our servers are hosted in secure UK-based data centres.
  • Legal authorities – If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Our web application uses essential cookies for:

Android TV Application

Our Android TV application (“TekSpert Media”) collects the following device-specific data:

  • Device MAC address for unique identification and pairing
  • Network connectivity status and IP address
  • Application version and operating system details
  • Playback status for synchronisation across devices

The app requires internet permission to connect to our servers and receive media content. The app does not access contacts, location, camera, microphone, or any other personal data on the device. The app does not contain any advertising.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will delete such information promptly.
